We number each bottle and indicate the lunar date it was bottled.

Family recipe
Carmen Zomeño Hernández, grandmother of our Master Blender, was born in 1911. This rum is made with the secret recipe that Carmen passed on to her grandson, a family recipe passed down from generation to generation for medicinal purposes.
Our Vintage 1911 Heaven is a celebration of his legacy.

Double maturation is our hallmark. For our Vintage 1911 Heaven we use barrels that contained Pedro Ximénez wine for over 20 years.
