Back in 2016, Elisa and Jose, founders of Spirit Tellers, lived comfortable lives, full of stability but empty of passion. They both worked in a large corporation, with stable jobs, but their hearts did not beat to the rhythm of the projects they had in hand. Every day, they got up, fulfilled their responsibilities and returned home feeling that something was missing. And although everything seemed to be fine, they knew deep down that their dreams were calling them with a force that they could no longer ignore.

The idea of creating something unique filtered through their thoughts, like a seed that slowly germinates, until it becomes an unavoidable reality. From that moment on, doubt was no longer an option. The passion for spirits, the love for tradition and excellence, united them on this journey, in this story that is still to be lived and told. A wonderful journey of personal and professional discoveries.

They quit their stable jobs. People didn't understand, many thought they were crazy. But Elisa and Jose knew that if they didn't try, their lives would be empty. Despite the fears, insecurities and sacrifices that would come, they knew that their true destiny was in that shared dream.

It wasn't easy. They spent sleepless nights, faced failures, moments of doubt and exhaustion. But their distillates, that perfect blend of art and science, made them feel that everything was worth it, that they were on the right path.

The first days were difficult, but little by little, his distillates began to be something more than a project; they were a legacy.

Today, our distillery is a success that goes far beyond what they imagined. Every time someone tastes our products, they feel that the dream that was born in a small kitchen now has a deeper meaning. It is proof that when you follow what you love, doors open. It is a reminder that the risks, no matter how big, are worth it when you are chasing your dream.

Elisa and Jose not only managed to make their dream come true, but they created a company that reflects the best of themselves, a distillery that now symbolizes the courage of those who dare to follow their passion, no matter how uncertain the path.

And so, every bottle they create, every sip they take, is a tribute to the dreams that dare to fly high, to those who believe that it is possible to leave security behind to find something much more valuable: Passion.

At Spirit Tellers we keep our spirits in American oak barrels that previously stored oloroso spirits. Spirit Teller's spirits begin their aging period in their country of origin, where they acquire nuances unique to the place.

One of the main characteristics of Spirit Teller products is the double aging in carefully selected barrels, an ancestral practice from which we draw and add our personal touch.

All our efforts would be meaningless without farmers, masters in the art of fermentation, distillers, winemakers, bartenders, trainers and you, passionate about spirits and gastronomy.
